They did not do an IPO. They began trading on the pink sheets. As an IPO, this sucker would have gone for $20.

As for equity/computers/cash, etc...

If PNLK signs up 1000 customers their first month, presto, another $360,000 cash.

I have an internet business that I run out of my home (3 years strong now). Properly run, a web site takes much less money to run than one would think. Combine the right idea with the right time and the right talent, you have a winning combination.

How many computers did Steve Jobs start with?

How much equity did Jerry Yang and David Filo start with?

And need we mention Mr. Gates?

Your thinking is too narrow regarding PNLK. I think those of us who are long have caught the vision of this company and the possibilities. We are not concerned about these "seemingly" troubling issues. I see no trouble in them whatsoever.

What I DO see is a dedicated visionary who has spent the last two years developing this site. They could have launched an inferior product earlier if they wanted just to jump on the internet bandwagon. But instead they opted to deliver a quality product when it was ready.

I see an extremely professional PR firm handling PNLK. Glenn is learning some lessons along the way, but he has handled the recent ups and downs as a pro.

I see a global market that is ready for what PNLK is offering.

I see billions of $$$ in global commerce. I see PNLK as a hub for these big bucks.

It is said that you should not fall in love with a stock. Well, I have committed a cardinal sin, because I am in love with PNLK. I believe PNLK is today's Microsoft, Yahoo, or Excite.

I am confident. Drops in the price will not deter me. Day to day naysayers and manipulators will not deter me. And a solid up day will not cause me to sell. No, my friend. Once the news of PNLK gets out via fax, emails, direct mail, word of mouth, etc, and once we begin to receive SOLID news of how many people are signing up, then, and only then, will the potential of this site be realized by those who will kick themselves for missing the boat.

I, for one, am firmly seated, buckled in, and patiently awaiting the captain to steer us to unseen lands. Greatness takes time. Patience is still a virtue.

Stepping off soapbox now and resting easy with PNLK...

Mayor

REFRESHER ON PNLK

ProNetLink did not do an IPO. It was merged into an existing company back in Sept. There was no IPO money raised. As a founder of the business that was started with much of his own money Mr. Collardeau has retained a large share of the stock in the company. At the time he started the company the stock was worth what he paid for it. Today, as with any project that works, people say that he did OK. High risk=high reward.
Computers...ProNetLink does no programming within its offices therefore the need for many computers is limited. Proxicom does all the computer/internet work and my company does all the marketing. Since the last financials were released the company has also purchased 4 more systems that were needed for office operations.
As for the financials, please remember that there is also a credit line of $500,000 available to the company.
Thank you for your support.
