Seems pretty clear everyone gets a waiver. Contributer or not. And it bears repeating that most space/defense companies are Republican leaning in their contributions. Is that the sound of your position crumbling under the weight of evidence I hear?

Ammended list:
Loral -- No launch capability -- Has used China Great Wall Co. to launch under waiver
Hughes -- No launch capability -- Has used China Great Wall Co. to launch under waiver
Lockheed -- Launch capability: Athena and Titan Rockets -- Launch tomorrow from china
Motorola -- No launch capability -- Has used China Great Wall Co. to launch under waiver
Orbital Sciences Co. -- Launch Capability: Taurus and Pegasus -- No known launches from China
Boeing -- Launch Capability: Delta II and Delta III -- No known launches from China
