Microsoft Today:

I assume everyone noticed that today, while just about every company was getting smacked (before the run-up in the last hour or so), Microsoft was standing tall. But it did participate in the late-day rally. So there was a divergence: Don't follow the market down, but definitely follow it up. Any explanation for this divergence? I personally take it as a sign of strength, which may carry into tomorrow and maybe even Friday, but who knows with this crazy market that's making 150-200 point swings in the matter of an hour or two.
