NTN AMEX trading @ 1 3/16 you may remember this one, it was my first play here (.75 - 2.50)
I am currently inquiring into the nature and status of NTN's relationships with AOL (they maintain an AOL presence but AOL seems to have bought them out of the contract for $1 mil ... ) and the NFL.

The recent failure of the Galaxy satellite caused NTN backup systems to be initiated, and they scrambled to realign all their dishes to recapture the live feed.... all will be live again by Friday

This will end up costing the company 300-400k this quarter, and the stock price has fallen to 1 1/8 - 1 3/16.
I believe this is a terrific bargain, and will at least rebound to recent 1 1/2 - 1 5/8 levels short term, and with news, BANG...

Some of this revenue will have to be spent to realign the satellite dishes due to last weeks satellite fiasco, but that should only cost 400k TOPS! The rest is gravy. AND they keep a 17.5% interest in Learnstar.

There is no mention anywhere I can see of a $100,000 June payment from Omnigon... If they buy IWN, thats great news. If they don't, NTN was paid 200,000 non refundable to keep IWN going in the meantime and can sell it off elsewhere, not as good but not bad either.
Price sank recently due to satellite mishap, cost of repair, lost earnings. The sale of Learnstar and IWN, and a new PR firm getting new advertising revenues are bigger issues that I believe are not being reflected in the current share price. Any news on either front, and this could see $2 or more (like it did a month ago) JMHO
This company is healthy, streamlining, and lets not forget, they are an internet gaming company as well.....
