I think what he meant by class action lawsuit is by shareholders in the company from Novemeber to 2 weeks ago... From the first lie of .09 in 3Q 1997 (or it was changed to "projection") to the many many many that followed... and danging the carrot of financials any day now for 4 months.... (remember the March 2nd date?) Web site opening a few weeks ago, etc etc etc. Plus a lot more I dont care to remember, but we all overlooked because of "confidentiality to do with Myriad and/or Atrix"... Yes I agree.. any lawsuit would just hurt the co. and the shareholder still in it.. obviously there is no cash around as it is, because they issue shares for cash in this co. But I am just trying to clarify what John F. meant. Mark
