I know that Bruce and Michael are NOT the same person. Because I introduced them to each other. Gee, that's funny. I confirmed this afternoon, that safe harbour statements, do not protect penny stocks on the otc or pink sheets, therefore the warning does not have to be there. Harmless if it is, but unnecessary.
