todd, I think it is a smart move, particularly that there is no such thing as long term capital gain on short positions. I doubt, however that you will see in the near future a shorting opportunity above 7. Much better companies such a CS and SPCT did not yield these kinds of bumps from the bottom. The best they could muster was 25% to 30% from the lowest price.
