AMC-VSE NEWS FROM NEW YORK - BUY

MarketWatch@
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our group on good authority is stating that the trading price at the end of the day was artifically DEFLATED in order to secure the financing at their agreed upon price with First American Financial Group of New York. This stock is ready to roll, and there is alot of enthusiasm around the Gold Show regarding the upcoming Phase II results. First American Financial has alot of confidence in AMC and would not be investing $3,000,000 U.S. without alot of Due Diligence on their part. They have a very good indication of the potential of all this, as it is almost impossible to gather financing in this market if you don't have the goods to back up the investment. Speculation about the upcoming results and this HUGE financing deal signed will definately bring in more buying and increased awareness over the next few days. It will be a very interesting week ahead!

The way I read this latest financing is; we still have over a month before the closing date. Hopefully the funds can be advanced prior to July 11/98. The Niblack season should be right around the corner but as I understand the terms of the J/V, Teck is responsible for further exploration costs. Anyone have any comments in that regard?
