RR: NNRTIs are non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors, such as nevirapine (Viramune) and delavirdine (Rescriptor). NNRTIs work on the same step in viral replication as NARTIs (nucleoside analog reverse transciptase inhibitors) using a different mechanism. Common NARTIs (sometimes called NRTI's depending on the typist :-) include 3TC (lamivodine, Epivir), d4T (stavudine, Zerit), AZT (ziduvodine, Retrovir). Didn't mean to butt in and hope this helps. BTW these sites are full of good info:
projinf.org
ama-assn.org

RR:

Randy answered your question re. NNRTIs. DuPont will market Sustiva (DMP 266) in the U.S. and certain other countries.
