NTN- IWN clarification "Sokol added, ''We continue to negotiate a definitive purchase agreement for the sale of IWN Inc., our online gambling business, with Omnigon, a California corporation. We have extended the closing date to June 30, 1998, with the potential that the transaction could close as late as July 31, 1998, depending on Omnigon's ability to raise the necessary capital.'' There is no mention anywhere I can see of a $100,000 June payment from Omnigon... Omnigon has another month to come up with the money, I would hope that they have to pay something for that extension... MG
