Remember that the conversion of the Series C would brng in $745 million too, if all were converted and would save the 6% yield they are currently being paid. Also, commencing Nov 9, 1999, Loral can redeem these for cash or Loral stock.

All this means basically is depending on who if anyone converts, and whether Loral redeems the CPEO's for cash, stock or both, that it is anyone's guess how many additional shares will be out there in 2000.

Ok, here's current LEAPS quotes:

ZLOAE (2001-25) 9 5/8
ZLOAF (2001-30) 8 1/8
ZLOAG (2001-35) 6 7/8

The prices seem to be settling down.

If you exercise at Readware's predicted 1999 price of $51, your money would have grown to:

ZLOAE: %270
ZLOAF: %258
ZLOAG: %232
Common: %198

Does this seem right? Doug, did you buy 2001 25s?

Dragonfly

Calculations:
E $962.50 to buy, $2,600 value after subtracting strike price, 2,600/962=2.70

F $812.50 to buy, $2,100 value after subtracting strike price, 2100/812.5=2.58

G $687.50 to buy, $1,600 value after subtractng strike price, 1600/687.5=2.32
