steve,

I probably agree. But, until it happens, there are a lot of things that can go wrong.

For instance, the telecos could delay long enought for cable and high-speed satellite companies to get on line. THEN, ADSL is dead (IMHO).

I do think ADSL is probably going to be significant but the telecos are pretty vested in the older modes of communication. Hope they don't screw up!

later, leroyt

Steve you are exactly right. I believe the effect of bandwidth is like the effect Intel's processor had on technology but bigger. What I am saying is that when Intel increased thier MIPS app developers created new ways to use computers.

I believe the future is the ultimate communication device that intergrates the tv/pc. With this device video content will be endless like audionet is now. With video you create an interface that comfortable for everyone to use....

Steve, with Westell in the single digits, it just seems to me that it is getting to be a buyout candidate by LU who can't possibly develop the equipment better. October would be the time. Speculation as to a buyout should heat interest up. I recall FORE just sitting dead for a long time also and look where that is on takeover speculation. Even if LU buys PAIR, Westell will still go up. FORE is up after the YURI buyout.

I'm back in Westell. It just has gotten too cheap. They have the expertise and this remains a hot area. Oddly, the stock is down and its right before this technology is finally going to be a reality. They have everything they need to succeed.
