The Engineering subsidiaries - Are IMO the former KLHE sub-co's where there still may be debts - So I regard this as a kind of housekeeping procedure to close those companies/shells. I did not see any impact to ARET on those - Neither as assets or liabilities. That is how I see it - I may be wrong anyone please correct if so !! For the FLR and a line of other questions - I'm staying up late here waiting for further info. Will post it as soon as compiled / Or if the information were not obtained I'll inform so as well.
