British telecom wanted and apparently got a deal where the equipment vendor participates in the deployment risk and thus gets a part ot the service revenues.

Thanks for information. I must say I thought the deal of getting a percentage of revenues sounded strange. Would have been nice but too good to be true. Thanks.

I couldn't see the connection between WSTL and LO on the IP Packetstar so thanks for the confirmation. I don't know why it was posted.

Hoping ADSL will become a major high-speed internet connection for the coming years -- it's a bet, but I think a good one.
