In last year's annual report it says MINE owned 84% of Eagle Mining of Bolivia Ltd. (EMB), Mary Erickson 3% and Rene Velasquez, President of EMB, 13%. That is why I termed yesterday's statement by Sabrina as a blockbuster. MINE had somehow obtained the 16% of it's subsidiary it didn't own. However, I'm still not clear. She was wrong on the number of shares out assuming the Transfer Agent was correct and she could be wrong on MINE owning 100%. I've seen no announcement in the past year pertaining to a change.

She did say the 18% royalty to the United Cangalli Gold Mining Cooperative remains the same.

I guess we'll find out shortly in the annual report but I wish we could depend on the info from the office.
