Tim:

Well, so that's the news. Cruttendon Roth is a first class outfit, this was done for a reason. Judging from the behavior of the stock of late, I would imagine that there is something substantial in the works. Looks like it may be showtime soon.

I do not believe that anyone will come out with a "buy" recommendation until the issue is on the NASDAQ NMS, so that should become a very high priority at this point. Given that the stock is now trading around the minimum required five dollars, and that the company has already announced a stock buy-back program, it would appear appropriate for the company to commence the buy-back; enough to maintain the stock price at the required level until the NMS is obtained. Subsequent to NMS listing, the stock should trade at a higher multiple of its own accord. This action would be prudent and beneficial for all parties and would certainly enhance shareholder value.
