Too bad you didn't ask him anything useful. So I guess he doesn't represent the company, insofar as the statements that you attribute to him.

He feels that CSHK's software products have the potential to produce signifigant revenues for the company.

What kind of baloney is that? Any software product has the potential for significant revenues.

The Pinnacle Group doesn't work with poorly performing companies.

You mean they have their standards? And CSHK is a well performing company even though there are no products and no revenues? There are it seems more companies and subsidiaries than there are employees. They haven't even gotten a web site off the ground. The software products are apparently me too - In markets with significant competition.

Never mind that we have no answer then about what state the Merced Inc. that CSHK has made an arrangement with, is located in. Never mind that there is no information at all made available about Telanis, not even it's state of incorporation. Never mind about finding out about whether there are any felons associated with CSHK, Merced, Catalyst, AR Brooks, 11th Hour, or Telanis as an employee, consultant or other significant equity holder.

He answers with:
Mr. Cohen also stated that he expects CSHK to become fully reporting soon and that information regarding financials and info. on officers will be nearly impossible to find for OTC BB securities.

Just what kind of IR guy is that? I'm not going to tell you. Try and find it if you can. CSHK got the right guy for IR alright - that is if they have no intention of ever being pinned down for those answers.

This is exactly why we cannot accept the second hand responses of the company or it's paid agents as fact. Publish it for all to see if they want to be credible.

Are you listening Roni? When are you going to have the courage to answer what your paid hacks won't?
