Naw. Didn't mean to tell you that at all. I meant to say that if an ex-pat reaches a point over here that he liked durian then he has been here too long. The taste, texture, and after affects of durian are unlike anything else. There just are no comparators. Most definitely an acquired taste.

oh, excuse me, gotta get to the bathroom.....

King of fruit my a**. I still got that kerosene aftertaste more than a year later!

Why did u have to bring it up, will probably have nightmares tonight.

I have warned my wife if she ever eats this horrible piece of "fruit" again to give me a week warning to prepare.

I guess they are right that you either love it or hate it. I definitely hate it, with a passion.

To people being offered Durian, you have been warned!!
