I'am going to make like an ostrich and find a big gopher hole and
stick my head into it until the rumored financing arrives.

Its amazing the thoughts one has when one does the mentioned above.

- what if the gopher wants to exit ?
- when if the gopher's friends arrive for a visit ?
- my rear is getting wet, is it raining or has a huge dog mistaken
me for a new type of fire hydrant ?

Since I do not know what has determined todays US .10 share price,
and I'am low on cabbage juice, so I will say that all it means is
that everyone is simply waiting, and even if it goes to .05 or even
goes to .01, it will not zap the Black Rock dirt into healthy firm
cow pies.

My status: If I knew what was happening, I would scream in horror.
Luckly I do not, so everything seems to be ok.

Rob,

While my head was in gopher hole, I had a quasi thought, so I interrupted my hiatus in the hope that you could do the finale.

If the current price is US .10, and I place an order for 100,000 shares to buy at market, most likely (Rob's ungophered thoughts).
