Actually, when I talked to ICC they seemed pretty tight lipped about any news that might come out. I could tell that the rep was excited about the stock, but on the other hand didn't want to give anything away.

Time will tell though...

IMO everything hinges on the financing. No financing, no acquisitions, no future. If that were the case, I don't think ICC would have taken them on as a client. That's pure speculation though.

From what I understand, the shorts are banking on driving this stock into the ground. They aren't trying to drive it down to a penny then cover. It's all about bankruptcy or no bankruptcy. The rep told me that they are hoping the short position is as large as possible. You could almost see that glimmer in his eye when he talked about the shorts estimated at 30-90 million and there only being 35 million shares. I can only imagine that the float has dried up quite a bit (volume is indicating that).

I picture a feeding frenzy coming soon. Once the first couple of shorts buckle and cover the price will start to move up, and the chain reaction will be underway.

Keep in mind the price may go down here in the short term, but as my friend says "Opportunity is taking a disadvantage and turning it into an advantage."

Good Trading to ya.
