Jim,

I'm not a client of that service. What info. specifically are you referring to? I know that the last insider movement involved some exercise of options back in feb/march before the fda warning letter, along with some transfer of shares by a board member as part of a divorce. Otherwise, as stated before, all insiders are locked up currently, likely until some final FDA decisions are made per ATIS.

Otherwise, ATIS is in the process of completing their own internal audit with the help of consultants, even though they believe all of the problems are now fixed. They just want to be absolutely sure in advance of the expected reinspection. The scheduling of this should likely occur in the next few weeks when ATIS and the FDA meet. ATIS believes that they will be totally ready for the reinspection within 30-60 days, giving time for the internal audit to be totally completed and the last of the bugs totally worked out.

Take care,

Marshall
