I spoke to Steven Sprague's assistant the other day and was informed of the following: A) The stock has to trade at $4.00 + for 90 days before relist on Nasdaq. B) It is against SEC reg's to "Hold" a Press release for convenient timing. (I suppose that if a deal is not "signed" yet, then there is no news.) C) Wave continues to pursue closing other OEM contracts. The general feeling I got was very positive but not anything specific (which would be illegal) about EEE, just that they continue to confidently work their plan.
