I think the stock options are a good thing:
1. It provides incentive to people who can really make things
happen...the employees & consultants.
2. The stock options will only be converted to common stock if the
price goes above the issue price of the options. Otherwise there is
no dilution. That's the beauty of issuing options.
3. With roughly 66,000,000 shares outstanding, if all the options
were converted into stock it would result in a dilution of 1.5% or
about $.02 per share at yesterdays closing price. Again, the dilution
won't occur unless the stock goes up and people can make money on
converting the options. Therefore, it is unlikely to have any
negative impact on the stock price.
