Here is my thought, they are planning for an acquisition of a software company which has revenues over 80 millions. Since they have received several strong financing lately, there is enough confidence for shareholders to believe that their book value is good and cash flow is positive. Also, the management must be real confident on the future stock value in order to plan for such a huge acqusition. Another thing to consider (better than ICVI) is that the value of the land will go up as time goes longer and longer. If the rumor is true, EDII could demand up to 50/100 millions for the property if this is the only way to access into the huge oil field. Of course I am not suggesting them to do so but just to point out a fact as an example. The land is gold in my opinion.
