Nutek, Inc. was established in 1987 by its president Dr. Ranjit K. Roy as a consulting company specializing in training and implementation of quality improvement techniques for the manufacturing industries. Our primary emphasis is on implementation of the Taguchi experimental design technique. Toward this objective we provide application oriented training seminars, help clients (consulting) with application of the technique for solving production problems, and produce userfriendly software which facilitate experimental studies. end I don't think this is the the Nutek that is NUTK. I am interested in buying and cant find more then the Company Press Release of Monday May 18, 4:40 and the May fourth news.According to their release they believe their acquisitions will make them able to meet Nasdaq requirements for listing... after the audit which will be done mid 1998.(were close to the BIG MID POINT)It claims to have made 3 acquisitations but I cant find any verification on these claims and am hoping I don't buy a pig in a poke.THEY SAY...On May 6th, the company reached an agreement with the principles of Crystal Resources to acquire its operations in Texas for a combination of restricted stock and cash. An agreement can be a long way from the final deal.I have had allot of agreements that fall apart before the ink hits the paper. Is this deal even that critical?I am just being careful before I spend my last bag of cash.
