I forgot to mention one more thing from my conversation with Mark Cohen today. I don't remember if he said it directly or insinuated it but regardless I got the impression that their goal is for CSHK to become a NASDAQ stock. I will call to verify this tomorrow. I believe that's what he said but i will check to make sure.
