Oh my a daily double. First SCMI, now BLHG. BLHG hits the Dow Newswire. Great news and now the Dow will bring in the real world and BLHG promised more news very soon, could be as soon as this week. This company has a lot of things going for it and now the world will know about it. Dow Jones Newswires -- May 27, 1998 Beacon Light Buys 76% Of Chinese Plastic Injection Plant Dow Jones Newswires XINHUI, China -- Beacon Light Holding Corp. (BLHG) and Hong Kong-based Pinnacle International Trading Ltd. acquired a plastic injection molding factory in Xinhui City, Guangdong, China, valued at $8.8 million. In a press release Wednesday, Beacon said it willl own 76% of the factory, while Pinnacle International will own 24%. Profits will be distributed in the same proportion as the ownership interest. The company formed a new Chinese corporation, Beacon Light Xinhui Plastics Co., which will own the factory. Beacon also said it is in talks to acquire a majority stake in an electronics company currently operating out of Shantou City, Guangdong, China, which produces computer monitors.
