Jay, I am bullish on this sector, very much so. My concern with SFAM is company specific. I only hold a small number of shares but would not commit additional $$ until thetrend of CMP sales going to AMAT is more clearly defined. At this point, we know AMAT has bitten off a good chunk of market share; what we do not know is how much. Calling SFAM a bargain is like hunting in the dark. We don't know exactly what we are getting so the "value" SFAM represents at these levels is opaque at best. But make no mistake about it; I am extremely bullish on this sector. Brian
