John: ...What I am suggesting, would not change the concept of the engine, just rotate a small component rather than the largest. I am suggesting that there is absolutely no way to even make an educated guess about whether such a change would effect a patent without seeing what the claims of the inventor were in the original application. What is new versus what is prior art. One can search the pto database on line. It would be a lot easier with the app number. ww
