Look. I know there are a lotta posts, but why don't you go upthread and do a bit of reading?

CSHK was originally incorporated in Nevada in 1991 by Elliott Pearson. It was an inactive company by 1996. In August 1997, apparently, it was sold by Pearson to Rhonda Windsor. That's one account of the story; the other is that Rhonda took over in November 1997. Probably the former is true, as CSHK is said to have acquired A.R. Brooks, the kitty litter people, in September 1997.

Brooks was incorporated in Florida in January 1998; Eleventh Hour was incorporated in Florida in March 1998; Catalyst (which is buying the rights to the Telanis software) at the end of April 1998. A fourth company--Continuent--was incorporated on the same day as Catalyst, but so far we haven't been told what its role is to be.
