I generally agree with you, but the cash spent in the buy-back could sometimes be better utilized for expansion. I am completely against a reverse split. Last time I had experience with one was with Navistar (a 10:1 reverse) and that thing sat like a rock for a looong time after they did that. MS did say to me in response to my question that he was averse to a reverse. I really don't think it'll be necessary, but what we need more than anything is the website and full commercial operations. All the other answers will be easier to see after that happens.
