I agree with you too. After doing some thorough DD, I find out that they always acquire company with revenues around 12M and prefer profitable ones. If not profitable they would use very low price to acquire them but still has around 12M annual revenues. If the software company is acquired successfully, they will have revenue over 100 millions immediately. The land deal should be known inside for some time in order for them to plan for so many acquisitions.
