For those of you who are corporate buyers of GTW products (and for that matter Dell, I suppose): My recommendation is to have your procurement people (1) establish a relationship with a single salesperson,(2) work some of those individual issues with that individual, and (3) work the more global question of customer service through that person as well. GTW maintains an 800 number for the masses and another 800 number for corporate accounts. The difference between one and the other is as far as I can tell, (a) the size of the account and (b) the will of your salesperson to ensure you have 'corporate status'. If you have a lousy salesperson, then escalate and get another.

It also helps a LOT if you have an on-site technical support staff who can conduct primary requirements and trouble shooting and speak with authority to the customer service people when you do get them on the phone. It isn't perfect, but when we took the steps outlined, our service improved....
