I lost big-time on this stock. I bought in at slightly under a dollar, and finally gave up and sold out at around ten cents. In my opinion, this stock was another Stocks 4 Tomorrow pump n' dump scam. This is bolstered by the fact that when I talked to Joe Petra about the company, I asked him point blank if ADLP had ever used Mark Schultz. He said that they had used him in connection with another company they were involved with, but not with ADLP. I did not believe him, needless to say. My opinion about them is further bolstered by the fact that they never sent me an investor's packet despite having promised to several times. And then finally by their questioning my status as a shareholder because they couldn't find any record of my being a shareholder. It is a well known fact that many brokerages like mine (ETrade) hold stocks in street name. They knew I used ETrade, and I'm sure they could have found out that I did indeed own shares at one time. If I'm wrong, then their PR people need to be taken out and shot. John M.

Yes, let's heat up the discussion. Here are some burning questions: Is Freddy adlp98? Is Mark Schultz benny1? Is Christina Joe Pittera? Is Bob Atwel the dumb-looking guy at the abandoned ADLP website? Is Christina a broken laser printer? Am I a real person? On a more serious note: You seem to be using your real name and that is progress. If you have more information on ADLP please post and identify your source of information. And your relationship with the company. If the company wants to regain (rephrase: gain for the first time) the trust of investors we'll need to get rid of all rumors and mysterious posters. So: if you know the new management, tell us about them. New corporate address? Phone number? Person in charge of investor relations? How come a reverse split can be performed without asking or even informing shareholders? Certainly against NASDAQ regulations, I'm not sure about BB stocks. Does that indicate a majority shareholder? Who is it? Bob Atwell seems to be involved in companies dealing with voice recognition and healthcare. What are his credentials? Why was he removed? And my favorite question: WHEN IS THERE GOING TO BE A SHAREHOLDER LETTER? DOES THE COMPANY REALIZE THAT THERE ARE SHAREHOLDERS OUT THERE WHO DEMAND VERIFYABLE INFORMATION?...sorry fell into Christina's writing mode....
