Overall, I see it as a very positive announcement. The diversion of resources towards looking for a quick fix- i.e. sale or other deal is no past. Now managment should be able to focus on fixing the problems (and recovering my losses). Replacing holdover directors is part of this solution- the company will now have directors which are not wedded to a past history with either AHG or a predecessor company. Seemed like the market saw this step as one in the right direction. Tony
