You're splitting hairs, Jon.

You, no matter how you put it, you inferred that the 80/20 Zulu ownership didn't exist. You even, in trying to uphold this, presented a different part of the SEC filing where it discussed share issuance. In other words, you put out a smokescreen, a diversion. You just as easily, then, could have quoted what I quoted this morning. You didn't.

And it was a good enough smokescreen that you even had me questioning whether or not I really remembered the 80/20. Thank God that BlueFox pointed out his confusion--his confusion thanks to your misdirection-- this morning, and that this led me to check for the 80/20 confirmation.

As it was, this turned out to be a good thing, because Brady then followed up and confirmed what I suspected: That the actual wording on the audit release was "caused" to be completed, not to be completed. So, as a result, we got clarity in two places.

If you had really meant to be helpful, you would have used your expertise to help clear these matters a long time ago. Instead, you've used them to your advantage in order to create more confusion to further your cause, which is anti-Zulu. No doubt about that.

You also know that a lot of folks are inexperienced investors--as am I--and that you sound very knowledgeable. Which you are, but only for your own purpose. And your own purpose, to this date, remains undefined to the satisfaction of anyone who I know that participates on this thread. In effect, as far as Zulu is concerned, you're a wiser, more sophisticated and more effective version of Other Chap, whoever he really is.

Now, if you want, I and many others, can go back and post dozens, if not more, of your negative comments regarding Zulu-tek since you've come on board this thread.

It's a fact that you are--for whatever reason--against the stock, and that you'll obfuscate in any way possible to give a downward spin as to the prospects of Zulu. That, is your position. And it is the only thing that is clear about your position.
