I think it was just yesterday that we were talking about AMAT vs. NVLS and which might be a better choice. You mentioned that you felt fair value for AMAT was around 32 although it might go lower. Your fear was that better to average in rather than miss the eventual runup.

Right you were!

As usual, I was left on the sidelines. Waiting for a possible pullback and have vowed to follow your advice. Will average in on each pullback. BTW, for what it's worth, I think I might go with NVLS (even before I saw the ML report). The enticing thing about NVLS, is that they maybe (just maybe) will be gobbled up by the likes of AMAT in the future.
