P&F Madness, With the 10week moving average hitting 26.77% at the close of Tuesday, the bpoption hitting 53.1 % and the SEMI hitting 26.90% (oversold/buy area) I was wondering what the lag time is between the 10week moving average and when the NYSE, OTC, etc hits their bottom. Is there a way to note how many weeks does it for the NYSE and OTC to hit bottom or top?

Just trying to get some idea how many weeks can we wait for the market and sectors to hit the bottom before reversing up.

I know DW system does not measure time but I am looking for an indication of the length of time that the Bull Percentages follow the leading indicators.
