Citidude, I've been having pretty much the same problems. All along I thought it was because I use Mac's (one's a G3-the other is a 604e), at home and the office. Do you have Level II or dynamic quotes? If so, I'd bet the problem is in their java programing. I called again yesterday as well, and was told by a tech that it would be a week or two until the new version, which, as I understand it will have a component which we will download and run direct from our computer. He also mentioned "SOES-like". That's great, but they still need to work with a MM that represents OTC/BB bids & offers. Yesterday, I watched a couple more sales happen for less than my bid as Nash, Weis didn't represent my bids.
Anyway, I'll hang in here to see the change. Here's hoping.
