What if the move up today was not related to the earning report? May be some one knows something you and I do not know about upcoming news or new developments.

I would not discount a move higher on three times the average volume and on a down day like today as a "sucker" rally. I will be buying tomorrow on any dip.

<The way they cooked the books was a joke,>

It seems you shorts and defenders of Winston don't have much to hang your hat on other than your outrage over Netscape "cooking the books". I'd say you're pretty naive when it comes to understanding how business is conducted. Book cooking is pretty standard practice. You big time traders must all be using the short form come tax time or else you'd have had some experience cooking your own books.

Are you going to make money shorting the stock? You bet. This thing is going to trade like a yo-yo this quarter. There is money to be made on both sides of the fence. I'd be very careful though if you are predicting doom and gloom for this company. Please consider that this company was ALLREADY down for the count. Six months ago NSCP was written off for dead. It fought a battle for its life with the 800lb gorilla. MSFT was going "to cut off their air supply" to quote their own internal documents. I'd suggest to you that while it remains extremely cautious, "the street" is starting to warm back up to NSCP. It beginning to like to what it sees going forward in spite of some obviously manipulated numbers. So enjoy the trading activity that is going to be available but long term one only needs the ability to read to see that there is definitely value being added to this company.

As regards my heckling of Winston; when a person comes on to a public investment forum and makes a amatuerish attempt to create a panic sell off for his own gain he deserves to be called on it. His hue and cry and bold predictions were based on no substance other than the wind emanating from his butt.

Best of luck to all -
