I agree with a lot of your comments on this thread, some good points,
however when you see the history of ESVS which did a few reverse splits(Which P*** everbody off) there obviously needed to be a broader market float for any trading based on fundamentals to occur with any volume.
In my thirty years of dealmaking, I have never seen a reverse split that pleased anybody!!! Conversely, it takes considerable courage, market wisdom and broker support to do a dividend/forward split which
can only benefit all ESVS and ZULU holders, both in the near term and
the long term.

Consider what has happened since Mincheff took the helm of the good ship "ZULU"
1.He's hired people with training at
* Digital Equipment Company
* Boxtop Interactive
* Philips
* Ernst & Young
2.He's got the merger on track so that ZULU-NETZ holders will enjoy the NASDAQ listing, and effected a substantial turn-around I am told

3.This looks to me like a brilliant strategy, and the guy has not been there 30 days!!!!!!!
