Gary, how right You are. The "shorting" of the MM is not subject to the same criteria as the shorting of ordinary investors, almost no requirements - that's for sure. Here they just "converted" MIDLW to MIDL and sold the MIDL to the market. That easy. In fact the share structure invites this kind of operation. You aren't wrong on this analysis regardng MM shorting - believe me.. They are doing that all the time... CROSSY
