Mandingo, I haven't personally met the man, but would love to have the opportunity to question him in person. I have corresponded with people who have met him and I'm uneasy with what they had to say about him. There are also threads on SI, PTUSA and QUAD are two of the three I remember, of companies that he ran or had financial control of which have declared bankruptcy or are out of business. There is still some litigation going on concerning Hayton in regard to these companies. The threads are available for anyone to read. I didn't base my decision only upon the Wired articles though they did get me started looking into his background for myself. It takes some digging and persistence, but it can be done if one is willing. Mandingo contrary to what has been alluded to here in the past few days, I never take any article or one sources word for anything. I check things out to my own satisfaction before I make a final decision. I stand by my concerns based upon this and nothing else. Party and several others on this thread know that I have gotten negative information that I could not verify through more then one source and haven't posted it to this thread for that reason. I will continue to conduct myself in that manner. I do understand the need for many of you who believe in this stock completely to defend it to the best of your ability. I am not fully convinced as of yet and am still concerned. Perhaps things will work out for the best for all that are presently invested. I certainly hope so. Aleta
