We agree that the bottom line is revenue and earnings growth. I would point out that GMTC hasn't even released a product that would come under the government lawsuit, nor are they a party to it. All of their products are clearly Class II devices, which are legal in most jurisdictions.

We also agree on the impact the class action lottery, I mean lawsuits. Oh well, if GMTC keeps taking market share at least we can look forward to the DOJ <vbg>

BTW - how did you get interested in gaming stocks? What other gaming issues do you follow?

The government action against gaming machines was against MGAM and their MegaMania game. GMTC has chosen not to introduce their fast action game until this issue is settled. However, GMTC's business is not in any way hindered and there is no question about its electronic bingo system.
