NEWS BULLETIN!

I have been on the telephone the entire day trying to find out
what in the hell is going on with this company! I finally was
able to locate one of the guys who was part of the old management.
He was on the Board before the current management. He told me that
Joe Vigliarolo turned over 3 Preferred D Units to Andrew Proctor.
I told him I wasn't exactly sure what that meant? (Please excuse
my stupidity but I'm not a pro at this stock talk). He had
a good laugh and said, that converts to almost one million shares
of free trading stock!! Leaving Proctor and Voyager & Associates
with almost 3.9 million shares of free trading stock that they
can UNLOAD INTO THE MARKET!!! He also said haven't you ever looked
at Joe Vigliarolo's name? I said why, what is wrong with his
name and he said Vig-LIAR-olo! I got sick to my stomach when
I realized what he was telling me. Will someone please explain
to me how does Mr. Vig-LIAR-olo handle this on a fiduciary basis
when a person has control of approximately five million shares,
from what I am told, he sold one million shares and now has a
position of four million shares!!?? Wouldn't this kind of position
be known as an affiliate? If Mr. Proctor is an affiliate, why
hasn't Mr. Vig-LIAR-olo proceeded to file the necessary legal
proceedings and attach Mr. Proctor's Preferred D? Someone please
explain this to me?? The individual, who was asked not to be named,
told me that Mr. Vig-LIAR-olo is not a good guy and will take
this company down and we will have nothing left. He told me that
he has had this planned for quite sometime. He also said that
Mr. Vig-LIAR-olo initiated this transaction with Mr. Proctor on
Friday which was the day after the shake-up at Financial Internet
Group's offices. After I spoke to the gentleman on the phone,
I phoned Joe Lanza at home this evening. His comments were simply
expletive! He wanted to know where I learned this news and
when I told him, he said he was calling the gentleman and would get
back to me tomorrow. Joe Lanza never knew that this had taken place!
He said it is now up to the shareholders to decide if we want sue
Mr. Vig-LIAR-olo for letting this happen. I assume Lanza isn't able
to help at this point?
Will someone comment on this please!
