You were right on with the trading range! I guess I did not take into account the Spanish to English proublem.

Well, we now know there are 103.5M shares out of which 38M are the public float. That leaves 4M newly issued restricted shares from October 97 to the present. They must have been issued for something? They received $250,000 from the convertible debenture. If the 4M restricted shares resulted from the debenture then they were issued at 16 cents.

One should also take into account the fact that a large percentage of these assays were conducted prior to October 97.
