Sirk. We are trying to get clarity on whether the CC is tomorrow or Friday. What we know is Arif flew from NY to CA today, suggesting that it could be tomorrow. I do not have good recall on the NEWS!!! I was probably still realing from 70MM. My prediction for what it's worth on the CC: 1. If we have good news (management of the 70MM down to something less), and income statement and balance sheet for 1997 filed and EPS > 11›, some move upward ( how much, who knows, 30›, even more the next day, shares outstanding is the single biggest issue right now (to me anyway)). 2. If no major news, but financials to be posted as advertized and EPS = 11›, little movement. Management needs to demonstrate more credibility. 3. Bad news, i.e., not known to the shareholders, or the financials delayed, downward movement (to the mid teens). Only my opinion. How this company that may well post EPS > 11› for 1997 can be trading at this level is beyond my comprehension. LTBFV, Dick
