I sat back all day yesterday and waited for the "Double M" team of Michaelson and MG to bring us news. Who woulda thunk that a detail as small as whether a company (Banyan) were a 1934 Act reporting company would have stumped them. I'm leaning more toward the grand conspiracy theory myself. I believe that MDIX management is in cahoots with Banyan, the Symbionese Liberation Army, The Black Hand, world communism and The Red Brigade to deceive us all about whether MDIX intends to or can sell its businesses for $9 million. While I'm at it I'll check and see if anybody at MDIX took a class in modern propaganda technique. I'll report to this Board when I find anything.
