However way I posed the question to Mr. Steinmann, I twice--before asking it--asked on SI Zulu that someone more fluent than I with conversion formulas ask Steinmann the question. Since no one did, I gave it my best shot.

I should note Mr. Steinmann didn't answer the conversion question. Instead he replied with his common response to folks who inquire about penny stocks. He suggested a series of rule of thumb questions that investors should ask a company's investor relations department.

I also point out that Jon Tara wasn't helpful on the conversion question either. He left the impression that Zulu wouldn't hold, upon the merger, an 80% ownership stake, when in the filing the formula was presented as, "date hereof...." And since you choose to split hairs, Jon, the "date hereof" could easily imply "now."

Party's got you there Jon. We all had our chance to correct his statement.

Actually I don't think anyone interpreted this the way you did. I do think you are going back and splitting hairs.
