The state of CA has forbidden me to do just that. They will shut me down and haul my ass into court if I pursued it. To me this is completely unconstitutional. Why does the the non-smoking crowd insist on making it illegal for a bunch of smokers to gather at a bar, eat hamburgers, drink beer and watch a ball game? Who in hell are we bothering with our smoke if everybody there is a smoker including the hired help? Jim
